Logging into SOTA Cloud - SSO

This article outlines how to log into SOTA Cloud using SSO. If you have trouble logging into SOTA Cloud, you can submit a help desk ticket for support. If you are a new user and you need to request access to SOTA Cloud, please submit a request here: Request access to SOTA Cloud.

Launch Open Dental or other Practice Management System.
From the Chart module, click the SOTA button or open a new Google Chrome browser and navigate to https://lightwave.sotadevices.com/login

From the login screen, select "Login with Entra SAML"

If you are logged into your Microsoft account, then you will be logged into SOTA Cloud automatically.
If you are not logged into your Microsoft account, you will be prompted to log into Microsoft.

Enter your email address, password, and authenticate your Microsoft account.
