First-time Windows and Microsoft Login
This article will walk you through logging into Windows and/or Microsoft account on a Lightwave Dental computer for the first time.

Step 1: Obtain your username from your manager.
Note: If you or your manager did not receive a username, please submit an IT Helpdesk Ticket.
Step 2: Log in with your username and first-time password.
First-time password: Login[birthyear]
Example: Birth year is 1973, so temporary password is Login1973
Step 3: You will be prompted to create a new password.
Passwords must be at least 7 characters and contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol.
If the first-time password does not work or for additional support, please submit an IT Helpdesk Ticket.
