Basecamp Ends Tomorrow (1/31/2024)
Say goodbye to Basecamp.
Tomorrow is the day to say goodbye to Basecamp. On February 1, 2024, we will no longer have access to Basecamp. To help with the transition to Microsoft Teams, we have included instructions for accessing your Basecamp data. Please contact projectteams@lightwavedental.com or submit an IT Help Desk ticket for assistance with this transition. Our current turnaround time for these tickets is 5 business days.
- Final Basecamp data backup will be extracted on 1/31/2024
- Click here to access Basecamp data (HQ SharePoint > HQ Documents > Basecamp)
- Select the most recent backup folder
- The data is organized by Basecamp project board
We will be using Microsoft Teams for meeting agendas/project boards, tracking tasks, and communicating with one another through virtual calls/meetings as well as individual and group chats.
