How to Export Software Data from Freshservice This guide provides step-by-step instructions for exporting software data from Freshservice. The Software Report in Freshservice allows you to export software data by practice location and/or software category. Use cases: Export a list of all software installed at machines at a single practice location by using the "Installed Machine Location" filter Export a list of all imaging software installed at all locations by using the "Category" filter Export a list of add-in software installed at a single practice location by using the "Installed Machine Location" and "Category" filters Freshservice Software Report Navigate to https://help.lightwavedental.com/ and log into your Freshservice account. Select "Analytics" from the menu on the left. Search for and select the "Software report" Export All Software Installations at a Single Practice Location Clear the "Category" filter. Search for and select the practice location from the "Installed Machine Location" filter. Select this icon on the "Installations for each software by Asset" table to view the report details. Click "Export" Select "CSV" under "Export to email". Note: the "Download now" option does not work.
